Why do I need a free 15-minute consultation before booking an appointment?
How long is the first appointment?
The first appointment is a comprehensive new patient visit that lasts 60 minutes. All appointments are currently conducted via telemedicine for your convenience and safety.
How long are follow-up appointments?
Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes long and are scheduled approximately 2 weeks after your initial visit. During these sessions, we’ll review your progress, adjust your treatment plan as needed, and discuss any lab results. Ongoing follow-ups are generally every 1 month, though this may vary based on your individual needs.

Patients of East West Dermatology can purchase supplements through our Patient Portal by signing up for a Fullscript account. As a patient, you will receive a 10% discount on all supplements purchased through this platform.
If patients need Herbal Medicine Patients wil need to provide billing, and shipping information as Chinese Herbal Medicine is distributed from an off-site pharmacy at the practitioner’s discursion based on treatment plan.

If you are a patient, you can access your medical records and communicate securely with our clinic through the Patient Portal by signing up for a Practice Better account. This HIPAA-compliant system ensures that your personal health information remains safe and confidential.
